Citizens in Transition worked with the assistance of the Placerville Police Department and the Public Works Department Saturday to clean up and restore Lumsden Park.
Citizens in Transition is an organization of people from the local homeless community coming together in a collective effort to create a more positive image of the Homeless in Placerville.
Placerville City Councilmember and Vice Mayor Wendy Mattson helped with Saturday's cleanup.
